Education and emotional support play an important role in a person’s overall wellness. That’s why Bayshore Medical Center offers a variety of classes and support groups for our community. Our offerings include:
- Breastfeeding classes
- Childbirth education
- H2U program
- Heart exercise programs
- Infant and child CPR classes
- Support groups for Alzheimer’s, diabetes, and heart disease (“Mended Hearts”)
More about Mended Hearts
Mended Hearts is a national non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring hope in heart disease patients, their families and caregivers. The goal is to provide educational, emotional and social support targeted to the special needs of heart disease patients. Monthly meetings feature a variety of speakers on heart healthy topics, new procedures and treatments. Call 713-359-1375 for details.
