Bayshore Medical Center is the only hospital in Pasadena with both Cycle II Chest Pain Accreditation by the Society of Chest Pain Centers and full accreditation by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

Bayshore is a 369-bed acute care facility that has been serving the needs of southeast Harris County for over 45 years. With over 250 physicians on staff specializing in all areas of medicine, and over 1000 employees working to provide the highest level of care the hospital has retained its community hospital atmosphere while attaining state of the art technology.

The HealthOne Emergency Care - Fairmont and Baywood Imaging Center located off Fairmont Parkway, east of Beltway 8,  opened in 2007 to meet the needs of the growing community. Open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week the facility features full service adult and pediatric emergency care; an imaging center for diagnostic imaging services, including CAT Scans, x-rays and ultrasound.
